In 1974 Dutch electrical giant purchased Magnavox. Since Philips was relatively unknown in the States, they maintained the Magnavox name in US product releases, however with Philips being a very well known name in Europe and UK markets there future consoles were sold under the parent Philips brand.
In 1975 Magnavox/Philips, also started to produce their own “dedicated” versions of the Odyssey which did not use cartridges, and could only play the in-built games. (and the inclusion of, albeit very limited, sound capabilities).
The 100 was never released in Europe, but the 200 was during 1976, under the branding “Philips Odyssey 200.” Whilst the packaging differs considerably, the console itself simply had a smaller “Philips” logo in place of the “Magnavox” logo. (and the Word Colouring Black/Red reversed).
In America Magnavox continued to release further variations of their dedicated console, released as the Odyssey 300, 400, 500 and even a version of the 300 built in to a 19inch colour TV market as the Odyssey 4305v
